Bachelor of Arts
A Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) is a four-year accredited degree, comprised of the Trinity Core Curriculum, general studies, a major in a student’s field of interest, and electives. Students can choose from over 30 areas of study within 9 majors and 12 minors, with the ability to specialize their program to their unique interests. A bachelor’s degree can be completed on a full-time or part-time basis.

The Discovery Program
The Discovery Program is for students who are undecided about choosing a college major or a career path. Students, working closely with a mentor, participate in conversations and hands-on learning experiences to discover strengths, identify leadership gifts, and explore career opportunities. Coursework includes transferable college credit to a program at Trinity or another educational institution.
Associate of Biblical Studies
The Associate of Biblical Studies (ABS) is a two-year degree designed to inform personal faith and provide a distinctive biblical foundation for life. The degree is comprised of courses in biblical studies, religious studies, and general studies, preparing students for transfer to a bachelor’s degree program at Trinity or another institution.
Certificate in Biblical Studies
The Certificate in Biblical Studies provides a one-year program for undergraduate students seeking to grow in Christ by biblically-grounding their faith. The program focuses on holistic discipleship, by strengthening head (informed faith), heart (passionate faith), and hands (active faith). Coursework includes transferable college credit to a program at Trinity or another educational institution.
Certificate of Professional Studies
The Certificate of Professional Studies is a one-year program that provides continuing education for individuals who already hold a bachelor’s degree. By combining courses in biblical studies and professional studies in a specialized field, students strengthen their personal faith and increase skills for professional leadership. Certificates are available in Biblical Studies; Children, Youth & Family Studies; Early Childhood Education; and Intercultural Studies.
ELCA Associate in Ministry Theological Education
Trinity offers courses that may fulfill theological education requirements and specialized studies for becoming an Associate in Ministry, a professional roster of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Interested persons are advised to contact their synod’s candidacy committee before enrolling in courses.
Enrichment Studies
Trinity believes in the value of lifelong learning and encourages individuals to pursue continued education for personal or professional development. Students who wish to take courses, but not receive a degree, are welcome to enroll in courses for personal enrichment.
