Meet Professor Stuart Webber

Stuart Webber joined Trinity Lutheran College in 2007 as Professor & Chair of Business, Leadership and Management.  He teaches accounting, economics, finance, and international business courses.

Prior to joining Trinity, Stuart was on the faculty at the University of Washington and Central Washington University, where he taught accounting courses.  He was also on the faculty at Cascadia Community College, and has been an adjunct instructor at Seattle Pacific University.  Stuart worked at Hewlett-Packard for 19 years in a variety of finance, information systems, and tax positions.  He has also worked at Bank of America and for the State of Alaska.  He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Washington and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Stuart has a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Environmental Planning and Management from the University of California at Davis.  He has an M.B.A. in finance from the University of California at Berkeley, and a master’s in tax from the University of Washington.  He is currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program at Copenhagen Business School.

Stuart lives in Seattle with his wife, and has one son and one daughter.  He is an active member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church near Green Lake.
